SMU-in-Legacy

An extension of the highly-respected Southern Methodist University, SMU-in-Legacy provides employees in Legacy with a convenient venue for continuing education. The campus offers graduate courses in business, engineering and liberal arts, along with certification programs in computer engineering and conflict resolution. An extensive list of informal, noncredit courses for adults and youth is also offered. SMU-in-Legacy features classrooms electronically connected to the main campus. Classes can be supplemented by interactive video, voice and imaging via instructors' desktop computers.

SMU-in-Legacy is the home of the Linda & Mitch Hart eCenter, which will generate new knowledge and understanding of technological applications and their effect on society.

SMU-in-Legacy also offers businesses the use of its facilities for business planning, training, and educational purposes. Multimedia lecture rooms, tiered classrooms, and small-group discussion rooms are available.
